This is an oil painting I did of my Grandchildren almost three years ago. This past month Drew (the child on the left) was diagnosed with Stage IV T Lymphoblastic Lymphoma. He is currently receiving treatment... Requesting prayers and good thoughts for my grandson... #DoForDrew thank you :)

Let's Go Fly a Kite

Another memory captured of my grandchildren flying kites on the beach. It was the perfect day to keep them sailing. Fortunately, I have beautiful grandchildren with very expressive personalities and captured their mood in oil on canvas. This was a very large painting. Although I have painted murals on walls, this was my largest oil so far. I did use the palette knife to create some of the waves.
