Spending time with my grandchildren gives me countless hours of pleasure and fills my head with ideas to put on canvas. This is a picture I painted in oil on canvas of my sweet granddaughter, Emma, flying a kite on the beach. My intent was to portray that total look of innocence and complete lack of worry...just a fun day at the beach. Emma is watching the kite she is flying.
