This is an original 24 x 20 oil painting on canvas framed of a black bear. It is for sale for $800.00 It is framed and ready to be shipped, contact the artist. I am very fortunate to live in a cabin in the woods in the mountains of North Georgia and we have many four-legged visitors (two, if you count the turkeys) to our home. This is Scruffy, named because he always looked a little 'scruffed up' when visiting. He was a regular to our place and neighbors. Black bears are beautiful. There are obviously more colors than just black in these awesome animals...deep blues, browns, blacks and white. Here, scruffy is actually staring at us through a picture window and you can just feel his domineering presence. Wildlife is another favorite hobby of mine, watching and painting. Please know that the FAA watermark will not appear on any prints.
