This is a 18 x 24 Oil on canvas painting of my Grandson, Drewby a few weeks after spending weeks in a coma while fighting cancer and infections. He was promised a puppy when he woke up and could play. This is the moment he met Buddy, Drew has been moved to the Survivor Clinic now after almost 3 years of Chemo Therapy and another year in remission. Buddy is an English Golden Retriever that was born in Ireland. The breeder is Syrah Goldens. Buddy was a gift shipped to America thru "Wags Tails" an organization formed to bring puppies to children fighting cancer and brighten their lives. As you can see here, Buddy did indeed brighten Drewby's life and continues to brighten his entire family and extended families' lives. We thank Will's Wags Wishes and everyone involved that supported Drewby during his treatment and recovery. He is our "Miracle". We encourage you to please give to Cancer Research for Children...
