Description
24 x 48 Original Oil painting completed just days after arriving home from our wonderful trip to Banff National Park. Alberta, Canada. This image was taken in Yoho National Park. This trip was planned for quite awhile and the date to leave was just a month after we lost our daughter, Stefi. We decided to go ahead with this trip, looking for a change of place and pace that might give us some Peace. When I saw these clouds as we were traveling in the YoHo National Park, I thought the Mountains represented the Peace in the Storm we were hoping for and decided to use that as the name.
